Management assistant for forwarding and logistics services (IHK)
In a partial qualification, an occupational profile is broken down into several modules. The respective training occupations form the basis for their content. In total, the partial qualifications cover all positions of an occupational profile.
After the theoretical and practical exercises in the respective modules, there is always a company internship lasting 4 weeks so that you can put what you have learnt into practice. In this way, you can take a step-by-step approach to acquiring a recognised vocational qualification.

Target group
- Partial qualification is aimed at jobseekers who have no vocational qualification or a vocational qualification from a different field, as well as low-skilled employees in companies who would like to gain further qualifications and are looking for a recognised vocational qualification.
Prerequisites
- Previous industry-related knowledge/experience is not required. However, the following requirements should be taken into account:
- Education voucher
- German language skills (ideally B 2)
- Secondary school leaving certificate desirable
- Willingness to learn
Duration & completion
- IHK certificate for each partial qualification completed - a skills assessment is carried out by the IHK after each module
- Skilled worker certificate in freight forwarding and logistics services (after completion of all required partial qualifications + successful external examination)
