Contents of the work trial:
In the first phase of the work trial, the focus of the training is on assessing general knowledge (language, maths, spatial awareness, etc.) and prior technical knowledge. The focus here is on practical activities (incoming goods, order picking, stocktaking, forklift practice, office skills) in the training warehouse and office.
Based on the results obtained, the further procedure for the 2nd phase will be determined as required.
1st possibility: Participants for whom it is apparent that less training is required to eliminate placement barriers (e.g. only forklift driving licence or practical driving training) can acquire the qualifications or skills in the 2nd phase. A subsequent internship should improve the chances of placement. |
2nd possibility: Participants where more extensive personal or professional development training needs are emerging or where it is recognisable that higher qualification targets such as a offer retraining can use the 2nd phase for stabilisation or to prepare for utilise further measures. Here, too, an additional internship can be used to promote mediation. |
Duration / Scope:
1st phase | 4 weeks | 115 teaching units |
2nd phase | 4 weeks | 160 teaching units |
3rd phase | 4 weeks (optional 6 weeks) | Company internship |
