Starting a retraining programme, apprenticeship or further training can be a source of great uncertainty if previous knowledge of German, maths and IT may not be sufficient for the desired job profile. Starting to learn again can also be associated with many challenges.
We prepare the participants - especially those who need support in the areas of reading, writing, maths and IT - for the upcoming measures and accompany them into the new phase of their lives.

- An important aspect of the internships is to initiate employment. For this reason, participants are heavily involved in the application process for a work placement. The focus is always on finding a job. An internal assessment is carried out by the training provider after each training period.

- No prior knowledge or experience is required for this course. The only prerequisite for participation is knowledge of German at language level B1.
Additional qualifications
- Class B driving licence
- Forklift training (TÜV driving licence)
- First aid training
- Dangerous goods officer training
- Load securing according to VDI 2700
